Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus

I have created what I think is the most rational presentation ever of Wittgenstein’s Tractatus:

http://daxoliver.com/tractatus/

Because Wittgenstein published the Tractatus in book form almost a hundred years ago, he had to present his propositions one after another on the pages. However, when you reach proposition 3.3442, the next proposition on the page is 3.4. But 3.4 is really more directly connected to 3.3. This requires an enormous amount of jumping backward and forward, trying to remember where Wittgenstein branched off.

By using jQuery drop-downs, I’ve ordered all the propositions so you can easily see how each proposition relates to every other as you read.

(Also, the copyright has expired on the Ogden translation, so it’s public domain now.)
